LED LIGHT THERAPY
Light therapy uses light-emitting diode (LED) technology to restore lost collagen and elastin fibers and increase the rate of skin cell renewal for a youthful and radiant appearance. It is a powerful and effective way to combat aging skin due to UV exposure, stress and other environmental factors. Specific light wavelengths penetrate to the dermis, stimulating production of collagen and elastin.
This soothing and rejuvenating therapy is pain free and non-invasive while producing amazing results. LED can treat acne, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring, and rosacea. It effectively treats blemishes while soothing redness and inflammation. Your esthetician for LED Light Therapy will analyze your skin, discuss your concerns with you, and choose the optimal setting for the best results.
A LED Light Therapy facial uses a variety of colored lights to target different concerns - settings matched to your skin concerns, using the correct mix of lights to ensure maximum results.
Blue light: sterilizes and eliminates bacteria; it is good for acne and oily skin.
Red light: calms and heals the skin, promoting collagen production and encouraging cell renewal; perfect for reducing wrinkles, hydrating, and firming the skin.
Yellow light: energizes the skin and soothes allergies.
Green light: reduces redness and improves overall texture of the skin.
Purple light: combination of 2 lights for acne and acne scars.
White light: penetrates the skin deep, accelerates the metabolism, breaks down stain and improves fine lines.
Any choice of your facial* plus 30 minutes of LED Light Therapy is only $175
(* does not include microdermabrasion)

What is LED Light Therapy?
LED Light Therapy is a painless skin-care treatment that plumps up aging skin by boosting collagen production, and treats mild to moderate acne by killing the bacteria responsible for breakouts.
LED stands for light-emitting-diodes. First developed by NASA, LED works by sending energy-producing packets of light into the deeper layers of the skin.
Red Light LED stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen, which gives young skin its plump look. Professional LED machines can also minimize fine lines and wrinkles, treat sun-damage and stretch marks, and reduce redness.
Blue Light LED works by killing propionibacterium acnes (or p-bad) that lives below the surface of the skin and is responsible for acne.
The recommended professional LED protocol is six treatments (Treatments every 1-2 weeks), followed by a maintenance treatment every month or two.
